Food Safety Supervisor Training

CFT provides Food Safety training across the Health & Community Services (HLT codes), Hospitality (SIT codes was THH), and Food Processing (FDF codes) industries. This training meets the requirements for the Food Safety Supervisor training under the Queensland Food Act 2006 (the Act) and Queensland Food Regulation 2006 and the Food Standards Australia & New Zealand. CFT has been approved to deliver the new hospitality units codes Australia-wide from December 1 2008. The new nationally recognised codes are:

SITXOHS002A – Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures (replaces THHGHS01B)

SITXFSA001A – Implement Food Safety Procedures (replaces THHBCC11B)

SITHFAB009A – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (replaces THHBFB09B)

CFT has been approved by Queensland Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing (OLGR) for online and face-to-face Responsible Service of Alcohol training (RSA). This unit aims to provide staff staff within the liquor industry with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. The RSA training course - SITHFAB009A (was THHBFB09B) - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol is a unit from the Hospitality Training Package. 

Upon successful completion of this course participants print off 
TWO CERTIFICATES - a RSA national unit SITHFAB009A and an OLGR  RSA Training Course Certificate NO WAITING - anytime, anywhere!  

RSA Bridging - OLGR approved RSA course - $49 Online payment and registration form   (if  you want to fax or mail your payment) New students scroll down to ENROL NOW.

CFT has been approved to offer participants who have undertaken the national RSA unit or have a current State or Territory Statement of Attainment a bridging course; you will receive an OLGR RSA Training Course Certificate. You need to send either by email, fax or mail a copy of your current certificate before you can print/save your certificate  Upon successful completion of the bridging course participants will print off your OLGR RSA Training Course Certificate immediately - anytime, anywhere DO NOT DO THE BRIDGING COURSE unless you can provide a valid RSA certificate. This course is not suitable if you have a Queensland Liquor Licensing certificate - you must complete full course. Queensland does not allow refresher courses.

Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)

Mandatory Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) training is proposed for all licensees, nominees and applicants for a manager’s license. Training under both programs will be considered current for a period of three years.

This course is currently mandatory for most new Liquor Licensees and Nominees in Queensland.

The management of licensed venues is an area of significant risk both in regulatory compliance and ever increasing duty of care and litigation. This training course focuses on the Liquor Act 1992 and Regulations.
