Training by Correspondence

Flexible self-paced learning 24/7!  Correspondence training offers a way of learning that allows you the freedom to choose when and where you wish to study. There are no classes to attend and we provide tutor support with all our nationally recognised courses. You can either call for support between 9-5pm Mon - Fri 1300 665 633 or email qld@cft.com.au

When you train by correspondence, we mail you  a hard copy workbook (which you keep for future reference) and assessment.  In food safety training this includes industry based case studies, short questions and a demonstration of practical skills which needs to be observed in a work environment.   In the RSG course it involves short questions and case studies.

You can take your time doing the learning and assessments, and support is provided to all students undertaking training by this method.

To register and pay for correspondence training offline by cheque or credit card , please click here to download enrolment form. To pay by credit card, visit our "Online Store" or you can phone our office Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.
