This combined course is designed for all people supervising food operations in the Health and Community Service industries; (e.g. child care, aged care, hospitals, meals on wheels etc.)
Assessment: This course is 100% Online. You will be assessed for your knowledge as you progress through the course and will complete a series of online case studies at the end of your training. All training is delivered by CFT International RTO #21120. Before you enrol you can view CFT’s policies and pre-enrolment information.
Training is available "in-house" for groups, by correspondence or online. Group discounts available.
Participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment on the successful completion of the course.
My employer asked me to do a level 1 food safety hospitality to continue working as a waitress in their restaurant. Doing this course by correspondence was great because I could do it when I had time. The staff really helped me understand some parts I was having problems with as I have never done any of this before and I was really happy to receive my certificate so quickly.
