Introduction to Food Safety
This course is designed to introduce staff who are supervised to the basic principles and practice of food safety to ensure that hygienic food safety and personal practice is conducted from day one. This course is available via correspondence, or "in-house" for groups.
Courseware is dispatched immediately on receipt of payment. The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon completion. This course is non accredited.
