How You Will Be Assessed for online courses: |

| Whether you train online, in class or by correspondence, the assessment process is designed to meet the requirements of the nationally recognised units. You will have a set of assessment tasks. For food safety training this includes industry-based case studies, short answer questions and a demonstration of practical skills which needs to be observed in a work or simulated work environment.
