Each course takes approximately 4 hours to complete, although most people don’t complete them in one go. The course allows you to do a little or as much as you want – just work your way through the workbook and complete the assessment and return to CFT. Fax/email/post your assessment to our office. We will contact you if we need additional information. Your Statement of Attainment (certificate) is issued within one business day.

Please check your "spam" or "junk" email folder for the email with your course enrolment codes. If you find the email in there you will need to move it to the "inbox" for the links to work (this is a security thing). You can either drag and drop the email or right click and choose "move to . . .” then select the ‘in box’. If you cannot find the email please contact support and they will confirm the address for you so that you can use your username and password to login.

Enjoyed the energy of Sara our RSA trainer. She shared industry secrets that I thought were priceless. Her industry knowledge is ‘second to none' with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and the training session was enjoyable, informative and interesting. We had fun discussing and recapping the things we had learnt the next day.
