Who should do this course:
This course is designed for all NSW people supervising food operations in the Hospitality or Retail food industry sectors and:
• for those who wish to be the Food Safety Supervisor and supervising workers throughout Australia
• for those required to implement a Food Safety Program.
For NSW students only: All retail food outlets in NSW must have a Food Safety Supervisor with a certificate authorised by the NSW Food Authority. Once you complete this combined course you can apply to receive the certificate and the application form is on the back page of your assessment.
