Food Safety Level 2
This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in businesses such as food product manufacturers, flour mills, canneries, dried food packers, bakers, breweries and wineries.
Assessment: This unit is delivered by correspondence and you will receive Food Safety Fact Sheets and an assessment that comprises short answer questions, case studies and a demonstration of skills practical assessment. All training is delivered by CFT International RTO #21120.
