Food Safety Level 2

This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in businesses such as food product manufacturers, flour mills, canneries, dried food packers, bakers, breweries and wineries.

Assessment: This unit is delivered by correspondence and you will receive a hard copy workbook and assessment that comprises of short answer questions, case studies and a demonstration of skills practical assessment. All training is delivered by CFT International RTO #21120. Before you enrol you can view CFT’s policies and pre-enrolment information.

Training is available "in-house" for groups or by correspondence. Group discounts available.

Participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment upon completion of the course.
