Magic Mushies Super Boost Vitamin D

New research shows that you can get double your daily vitamin D requirement by eating mushrooms which emerged as the latest superfood.

All you need to do is eat 3 mushrooms that have been exposed to sunlight for one hour and you receive double the require daily dose of Vitamin D. This has been released by the Government Food Standards' Australia and New Zealand website.
