Who is the course suitable for?

To carry out gaming duties within a Queensland licenced venue requires a National Statement of Attainment, Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG/RGS), SITHGAM001. This will apply to eligible licensees, gaming nominee licence holders, gaming employee licence holders and staff who perform any gaming related tasks e.g. monitoring player behaviour.  Staff involved with TAB gambling or Keno should complete the training, although it is only mandatory for staff working with gaming machines.

A licensee is an individual licensee who is usually present when the licensed premises is open for the conduct of gaming.  To hold a gaming licence they must hold a  National Statement of Attainment, SITHGAM001 Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG/RGS), .
